Website enquiries
When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, business name, selected topic, case study context and message are sent through our email provider to Kingfisher Systems. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are held in our business email account as correspondence; this website does not keep a separate database of form entries. To limit spam and duplicate submissions, we retain keyed identifiers and submission outcomes for up to one hour, without storing your message or email address in that security storage.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find us and whether they make an enquiry. We measure contact and email link clicks, when an enquiry is started, successful submissions and comparison table views. We do not send names, email addresses, business names or message contents to Plausible. Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Analytics data is processed in the European Union. Read how Plausible processes visitor data.
